The car

Our team car is a 1963 Corvette, built in 2003, in the US . The engine has been constructed by Fulton competition, who is a renowned manufacturer of petrol and nitro engines. 738 cid, with an approx. 2000 horsepower.
The car and driver total 1077 kilo. The car has two rear brake chutes. It was constructed by Stroupe race cars, one of the best chassis constructors in the US .
The car has run at 6.19 seconds in the US . Our goal is to attain the European record of 6.25 seconds.

Team Nygård Motor Sport consists of a group of enthusiasts who have extended experience in the motor sport area. Our team members have backgrounds from different areas within the sports since the beginning of the 90's, and this makes us a complete team.
